GARDEN TRAILS COMMUNITY BREAKS GROUND IN ALIEF

Garden Trails, a new community by Sullivan Brothers Builders in Alief, Texas, is under construction. Crews are laying concrete for streets and sidewalks, establishing the basic framework of the neighborhood. Concurrent with the concrete work, infrastructure installation is underway.

Workers are installing water, sewer, curbs, and electricity. This essential work provides future residents with core utilities. The combination of concrete foundations and robust infrastructure reflects Sullivan Brothers Builders' commitment to a well-planned community.
