Garden Trails Muddy Boots Tour

On September 16, 2025, Sullivan Brothers Builders held a Muddy Boots Tour for their upcoming community, Garden Trails. We indulged in some food and drinks thanks to DonutNV, toured the homes, and got to know one another. The Muddy Boots Tour was a wonderful opportunity to showcase all that Garden Trails has to offer. Guests were able to explore three walkable homes each with a unique floorplan: The Cooper, The Parker, The Quincy. 

In addition to the homes, attendees enjoyed seeing how the community connects to the walking trails and Sylvia's Garden, creating a beautiful, active, and family-friendly environment. We'd also like to give a special thank you to the Prime Lending and V.I.P Mortage Inc. teams for joining us and sharing their expertise with our guests.
