Harper Woods

Harper Woods is a 16-acre community located in Springwoods Village. Homes here feature front porches with a blend of classic craftsmanship and modern conveniences such as operable exterior shutters, porch ceilings, tankless water heaters, reclaimed oak flooring, and EnergyGuard spray foam insulation. Each house contains a garage and at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Harper Woods community is walkable with trails that connect to a nature preserve and lake. There are dog parks within walking distance as well as CityPlace, an area that showcases local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. You will have direct access to Grand Parkway and are just south of The Woodlands. Shopping, dining, and nightlife opportunities are abundant in this area. Downtown Houston, as well as the airport system, are not far away.

Timbergrove Tails

Near the Timbergrove Manor neighborhood sits our Timbergrove Trails community. These homes offer two-story, urban-chic farmhouse designs with a modern spin. Our five floor plans offer sophistication and affordability. Walking trails are connected within the community that embrace nature by showcasing beautiful landscaping. Timbergrove Trails is close to the largest tract of Texas and urban-forest oasis inside the I-610 loop. The community is conveniently located near the Railway Heights Market. Houses have at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage. All homes come with luxury finishes.

Tierra Vista

Tierra Vista is a stylish new community built within Pasadena ISD. Homes here come with single and two-story plans ranging from 1,400-2,000 square feet. Families love this community due to the location and floor plans. Interstate 45 and the Beltway are in close proximity to Tierra Vista. This community comes with no MUD tax. Due to the multiple floor plans, houses come with at least three bedrooms and one bathroom, though most homes have two bathrooms. Attention to detail and exceptional quality construction is something we pride ourselves on in our Tierra Vista community.
