BUILDERS FIND ROOM TO GROW IN SPRING, TOMBALL, CYPRESS AND KLEIN - Houston Chronicle - August 10, 2017

Residential communities continue to develop throughout northwest Houston.

Homebuilders and developers are working to meet the demand for new housing as transportation improvements and business growth continue to drive more residents to the area.

Toll Brothers and Texas-based Cernus Development are building Woodson's Reserve, a new housing community close to Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road.

Also under development is the expansion of Wildwood at NorthPointe, the Reserves at Spring Lakes, located on Zion Road, and the Woodtrace community off Texas 249, which will have 850 homes upon completion.

Home sales have been strong in the Bridgeland master-planned community in Cypress, said Heath Melton, vice president of MPC Residential, The Howard Hughes Corp. In total, more than 2,800 homes have been built or are currently under construction in Bridgeland and more than 2,700 are occupied.
